Behind design
Before I stepped into product design, I studied linguistics and then marketing. I wanted to put languages to practical use, but working in marketing I found myself drawn to the creative side and to the people I was creating for. Working closely with developers and designers, I discovered that designing interfaces felt natural to me as someone who's always been empathetic. That's what pulled me in, and I've been here since.
Outside of work: black coffee, knitting, a good run and my cat Luna. The linguist in me never left: I'm on a 1,076-day streak learning German and just started Korean after a trip to Seoul.
